MISSION

    To organize Doctoral Legal Education to produce excellent and globally competitive graduates capable of integrating local wisdom values with national law and offering solutions to legal issues.

    To develop science and technology in the field of legal studies based on local wisdom, natural resources, and border regions to achieve justice, societal welfare, and sustainable development.
